I think people calling this a “BL” isn’t the right term for it. I’m actually glad the tags are correct for this because there’s no romance and it’s an absolutely disgusting story. I can get why fujimoto likes these types of manga since his own story is also twisted and horrible. These are stories that make you snap out so fast that not one single person is good and truly show the worst of humanity. It’s intriguing for certain but terrible
