Ceaser is the short blondie w/ the pretty eyelashes from Lump Spark. They weren’t the owner but they pretty much ran the place. Henry is the boy that Shin and Gren knew when they were kids. He was the oldest in their foster family, and he was the first to join a gang once he came of age. He also had blonde hair (and green eyes I think??) and a large scar on his face. He died a very gruesome death.
