    I'm not OP, and this isn't the first story I've read with that kind of trope, but damn was i disappointed on where this story would go. I mean, imagine this, the story you've been reading was almost different to most of the usually tropes you've read, and you're rooting for it to be like that until the very end; but the ending was just whack since it ended having that rlly cliche trope—which was NOT consistent to how the story was trying to go for (imo). It's just very disappointing that we get to finally see something different then we get hit with this bullshit.

    So yes, while we've all read many kinds of tropes—good or bad, don't expect people to be so nonchalant when encountering them over and over again.

    MC is a lonely person who has abandonment issues. See how he reacted with the supposedly happy news of his brother forming a family. He wants/need to be around ppl and the MLs probably think the same (not to discount their own selfish reasons).

    While I also like crematorium stories to marinate the separation a little, i still welcome this reunion.
