The thing about Miyo changing her morality, let's be honest, most of us wouldn't think twice about wacking those villagers and we aren't bithing snakes lol, i think is more her mind finally opening to the repressed rage at rhe injustice and discrimination that continues to follow her family, like the "i dont care what you think of me but dont you dare mess with my kids" that she is confusing with becoming a beast, honestly i do not think all in the village are wrong but they put most of the weight of the relationship onto Miyo and ofc she will go for the ones she loves and treat her with care, is so damn obvious. They think it is not fair? THEN YOU DO SOMETHING!! THE BIG EXAMPLE IS THE NEW MAYOR, He is afraid but he works to build a solid foundation for both the village and the respect to Daija, and in return Miyo is more inclined to help too!
