That sentence was the nail in the coffin. Sisyphus tricked death and his punishment is to push an always rolling boulder to the top of a mountain. Guwon is Sisyphus so I can only assume that the people of the town are the hounds. Im still not sure what guwon is though Sisyphus was a king not a god and he never was I guess he did come back from life at some point but atp im more intrigued by the connection of Sisyphus instead of the romance lol
