His excuse about military is unbelievable and his acting is obviously from someone who is hiding something. I am surprised that FL believed him but I am not gonna blame her. Since we read his POV, we know that he's down bad. But for FL, his feelings can change because they only knew each other for less than a year. I got impatient and reas the spoilers after reading the latest chapter, I am dying to know what changed him and I completely understand him.
