I definitely think he is not entirely human see that stich mark in his neck... seems like someone chopped of his head, he might be a zombie, chimera or our very own bl Frankenstein for all I know.

Hmmm, but is there some sort of background story, why Guwon only cares so much for him?, how come he is so strong? is he not human? Lol
