Why everyone hate chul jin? Was it explained?

I can't remember but I think he meddles in people's relationships alot and is kinda controlling. He did something to first couple seme and now they hate each other. He hurt Minwoo's feelings?? Idk I need a explanation too.

he's a manipulative POS and likes to meddle and ruin people's relationships.. but I have no idea what his agenda is. I just hate him, and hope we get to see him suffer!
