It was his kink and I think that he wanted Shin do it more frequently, often and in different fucked up kinda ways but Shin couldn’t and didn’t want to so that’s why he charged him as revenge or something like that? Or did he charge him because he thought Shin had done to him on his own accord, forgetting that he (Austin) was the one that asked for it?
No Austin only rimmed him back in favor because it was always Shin sucking and rimming Austin (we saw that in another flashback, when Jake dug his face into his ass for the first time). Austin did survive as he charged him, ruined his reputation as a mechanic and then withdrew the charged for some reason
