I still have hopes

Honestly, we knew that he was like that since chapter 1 when he saved the teacher. And he's been given us little glimpses of his true self since then.
HOWEVER!!!! While he is brutal and violent, there is still some naivety and innocence in him
Don't y'all find strange that he don't know some basic concepts and words that an adult should have already known but is so efficient with violence?
I still have the theory that he is not entirely human and is struggling with the socializing and empathy concept of human structures (or he is a scientific project gone wrong). If you look well, he believes that he is somewhat doing something good, but I think he just doesn't undertand humanity well, so he doesn't have the same empathy humans would have.
I still have hopes that he will be redeemable.
We still need to learn more about his past and origins, and when the story progresses, I hope that he will understand the consequences of his actions and have a redemption arc.

(I sure hope that happens bc even if he treats the mc right, if he doesn't redeem himself I will be extremely disapointed and he will turn completely unlikeable to me...)
