Just as I said, Why didn't he take action against his family, grandfather more precisely before leading Mc to sucide. It's not like he was permanently in rut. The time MC was going to sucide, he witnessed that 'appointed' omega seems to be likely 2-3 months pregnant or maybe more. How come Fenrir till then didn't took actions against his family afterall it's rape. Right?! We also got to know in 1st chapter in second timeline that after spending his rut with omega, Fenrir didn't shared bed with MC as 'he didn't get time'.
That's why I said by this logic, he is not eligible to be with Mc after he became omega in second life (*unless author justify his character properly in further chapters by showing more of past timeline flashback*)
This is textbook victim blaming. It’s not like Fenrir can do anything against his family that he used to trust, btw. It doesn’t erase he was raped and the damage was done. The main reason Eleanor killed himself because he knew *BOTH OF THEM* had no real power over this situation and that he was lied to by Fenrir’s family that they were accepting of him. He didn’t blame Fenrir because Fenrir was a victim TOO.
People are saying that red head is author's fav but we readers also have least liked Ml who is the black head. I personally don't care if they gave reasons for traits or his grandfather sending omega to his room, he should have confirmed about himself before leading Mc to sucide in past life. Only blindly talked about love but indirectly played along his grandfather. It's not like he was in Rut permanently, still he didn't took actions against his grandfather in past life in presence of Mc when he got sober.
With this logic, I don't think MC should have end up with him in current life because if he supposed didn't turned omega, then this black head shit would have done the same thing again. I don't know about other Mls, but this one is the least likeable ml
