I think it was mentioned in the side first side story? When they were young Gray and the count were once set up for an arrange marriage and well something happened (if you noticed Gray's hair tie is actually the count's ribbon when they were young, the count tied it on Gray's hair)
This was my thought exactly. It was mention when they were younger they were suppose to get married and then something happen , the red head whole family got exile and he have to go into hiding. I’m both timeline, the red head love the beta. But he didn’t expect the beta to jump I’m sure and he must have look for a way to rewind time and made the beta into an omega in this timeline. The red head have that power unlike the other two.

yeah and then he found out the uke was actually a beta that's why he said his first love turns out to be a beta - it's the uke. then uke got married to the seme who is an alpha and maybe he held grudge? and then he uses the blonde omega but then it caused the uke to off himself so the twist that red hair seme might have done something why time turned back is still a good theory tho
