From what I remember it was a kinda kinky one the MC and ML had like stones that connected them together and the ML could enter into the MCs dreams or dream like world?? I only really remember the ending where I think of of the ML ex's took a stone and brought them both into a dream world and like tried to do something to the ML or MC but then MC realizes it's also his dream something like that and breaks free saves ML then other stuff happens, then they teleport somewhere naked with the stones. I think a temple?? And wow there lovers. That's honestly all I can remember...
