I watched documentary for both, and it just so depressing since both claimed a lot of life.

Yeah, the Economy Crisis happened all around the world, Asian got hit the worst, lot of people killed themselves and some even took their whole family lives together.
The Department Store, the owner is so greedy, he cut cost for the material used to build the building.
And the core of the building supposed to only support max 4 stories, he added extra level on it.
And the highest level was used to put all heavy equipment/machineries etc.
This building got reprimanded many times that it is not good and dangerous.
But since owner is greedy and rich, he just bribe them to shut up, or ignore the warning.
And then just like that "BABOOM!"
All came crushing down on the left of the building.
Hundreds died.
Many are buried but hard to find the corpes.
I can't remember much details, but the documentary include story of 1 little girl calling for help in between the ruins.
That's sick ...

I've read a few manhwa's where some mention "facts" that turn out to be fiction, I assumed this was the same case here.
Greed is horrible, and I hope that people who willingly put others to risk for their own gain get proper punishement and judgement :(
