Guwon isn't normal he's leaning towards being an experiment, he has no clue what morals are and human life doesn't even register. All he knows is that he needs useful humans to keep his town safe, but why? Who put that thought in his head?Why is he doing all this when he can survive on his own? Something is so fishy about everything happening here...
