If any, the development of the 2nd couple is way better. There's a reason why more prefer the 2nd couple. ( I mean the main wasn't bad it's just the red twink is pissing everyone else)

For me The 2nd couple has zero chemistry... So i don't like it... And ml from the first couple knew that he was being used, in fact he was the person who stepped in to help the mc... Its just your personal preference that you don't like the mc .. i don't see any flaw in his character.. he didn't do anything bad

A lot of ppl think the mc is annoying and can see why he’s bad. You’re the only one that can’t see his flaws and that’s why it’s a problem. They already described to you the issue and you refuse to acknowledge it. Also he’s using his CHILDHOOD friend and PROMISED he wouldn’t sleep with anyone else, but MC lied to his friend and tried to sneak around behind his back to get jacked off by his crush. He has no respect for anyone. The ML asked mc not to sleep with anyone, and mc agreed but still tried to give his asshole away anyways.

MC still TRIED to fuck the crush and an apology isn’t worth shit when he tried to change the subject by using his body when he was caught. Imagine you have a fwb situation and you asked them not to sleep with anyone else cause of the thought of your fwb getting STDs, and then them lying to you that they wouldn’t. The disrespect is real. MC blatantly said he wanted to lie just to keep fucking the ml and get with his crush. He said he wanted to milk the ml for what he’s worth and then move onto the crush. I don't think so.. mc and ml were not dating.. so mc actually don't have any obligations to keep whatever promises he made to ml.. and the promise was about him not sleeping with "anyone else" which means "any other dudes until things work out with the crush"...i don't think you paid much attention to the story otherwise how can you not catch the fact that ml told him not to do it with any other guy because mc was thinking of practicing..and by this he didn't mean the crush.the goal was to sleep with the crush anyway...so if things worked out with crush then that was it.. but it didn't work out...ml also thought that the condition was the only way he can bind the mc to him.... and then ml also took advantage of the situation by adding they have to kiss... Which is pretty sly and cunning ....mc might be annoying as hell to you just because he wanted to sleep with the crush but that was the main purpose of all that sex practice... And situationship has no boundaries, there's literally no commitments between them.. ml was also getting something out of it, he also took advantage of the situation....
