That doesn't matter, it's only self defense if they're actively hurting you, even if they hit you first. Meaning if jk got up and hit that fucker back, he would still be charged
Right, basically if a lawyer had been there they would have been advised to say they were in fear for their lives and the asshole was ready to attack again. But jo lawyer and this happens. Luckily Jaehyuk is using his connections so whatever he does to the bastard will probably be worse than an assault charge
