That tells me WHAT he’s scared of not WHY. I know he’s scared of the feelings he has for him. I want to know what’s scary about it. Does he have trauma? Is he scared of being a full fledged omega? Is the ex athlete in him still terrified of scandal? What’s the reason for his fear. Avoidant types are avoidant because of some deep rooted fear. It’s not inherent.
Knowing ML when he was in elementary is a huge reason I'd say. MC's POV is better in the novel and the fan translation is immaculate. I suggest reading it before the translator removes her translation cos I think Dash is going to have an official translation soon.

Why is he so scared? Is it because he’s an omega? He did immediately have a surgery to remove the side effects of that so I assume it’s that he doesn’t want to acknowledge that he’s an omega wanting a dominant alpha as his mate..
