I forgot to mention this but, if I ever do pick this back up, will the mc be more likeable and worth reading for?
yeah he was weird for that but you're definitely missing out the story is SO GOOD and tbh he didn't rlly do anything crazy like that again he was actually rlly respectful idk why he did that in ch 3 lmfao
Sorry got confused cause you said mc, and that’s the ml but who cares. Okay listen I know ima sound like a complete weirdo for saying this but as someone who reread this 17 times, it’s not that deep. I KNOW I KNOW I shouldn’t excuse SA but that’s literally the only time he ever tried anything non consensual, it’s actually completely out of character for him because later on he doesn’t try anything when the mc is drunk or even passed out. Hell def be more likeable, because in chapters 1-3 he is kinda annoying but he warms up to the mc later on. There will be scenes where he’s gonna be a bit harsh with he mc BUT NO MORE NON CON.
I don’t know if this makes it better but in the novel the mc actually jokes about that scene a few times. (Also when i say mc I mean the doctor). Yea when I recommend this to people I usually tell them to skip chap three because the author added it in as a gag thing that’s supposed to be “funny” I KNOW IT SOUNDS BAD I’m not trying to be like “SA is funny” but after hearing this scene in the audio drama, the bgm and the way it’s portrayed, it’s a def a scene that’s not supposed to be taken seriously.
I highly recommend continuing because even if you don’t like the ml now, the dynamic between them gets better as it is a slow burn and if anything else I believe the plot is worth it in the end

I didn’t really wanna say anything about this bc I stopped reading just after seeing chap 3 and the only things I’m gonna say is negative things anyways but yk fuck it. All in my opinion so don’t go bats on me.
I’m considering dropping this already because the mc is a fucking weirdo to me right now, cause why would he put his dick on another guy’s lip, just to please himself when it was his fault anyways that he had to hasslely bring the guy to seoul? I’ve seen many plot holes and sick love interests (I’m not saying the manhwa has any of that, I can’t really say anything bc I haven’t read far at all) who would do such things so it’s not that I’m really surprised by the dick by the lips while a character is asleep as it’s quite common and I’m not the type to usually care about these things, I’m not a good person who cares enough about it sometimes, and I know that this is hypocritical of me and how over dramatic I am about this but I have to say that in my opinion that the only reason this really weirded me out already is by the fact that they barely knew each other at this point that I’ve read, it was only the beginning of the story and he talked bad about the ml, punched him, talked disrespectfully to him and then put his dick close to another guy’s lip even though they had barely any interactions and had no romantic interest in each other yet, yet all of that just happened in just 3 chaps. I kind of also expected this to be like a srs, consent long plot driven story that isn’t all just about having sex and just whipping out a dick as people kept suggesting this to everyone so I expected to be more plot driven, (I may be wrong about this part) I also don’t like how chap 3 is suggested to ignore but it’s understandable why.
But! The characters are cute+funny biased on how the interactions between the mc and the side characters went, and I feel like they are worth peoples time and I’m glad people are trying to give more recognitions for the manhwa they like and think that it deserves more attention but for someone as petty and dramatic like me, it really isn’t to my taste and characters like that really just irks me. Not hate to other people who like this and is interested in the storyline+the ship, this is all in my opinion really, and if I do pick this up out of boredom, I might change my mind about the mc. Cya!
