i think I've read this bl years years ago I barely even remember it but iirc the art style is quite old fashion like or set in historic era sort of. But it's an omegaverse bl, i forgot how the charas relationship were but when uke woke up in a hospital, him and his seme were informed(?) that uke will not be able to get pregnant bec uke's family had his things removed when he was unconscious from an accident before reuniting with seme.
