yknow the problem I have now with this story is, when you as the reader don't know the truth, you're confused and looking for the truth together with the MC.
But now that we know the truth but Ian doesn't, his actions will frustrate the hell out of me. Imo it would've been much better if they either revealed the past bit by bit together with Ian, or had him remember completely now that they dumped the whole past on us for an entire season.
He could still feel the same and be just as unsure of himself and everyone around him even with his memories, but it would be a hundred times less frustrating
