It's not really been explained, but it seems like the MC can see status boxes for people he knows. Like he could see his adopted older sister (not really adopted, he just likes her as family) was really ill through it.
so, Im in Chap 1 and I was confuse by the blue-box-like-IT (sorry I cant describe it) that gives information, you know that pops out
