But hear me out, the sunbae and the hyung could be the same person, and his friend from highschool and his friend who crashed at his place could be the same person too. They have similarities, and remember when the hyung said, "I thought you had a sister." but he has a brother in his "family" and in the "real world" he had a sister. Hyung said it himself, there could be something going on here, and it'll reveal in a few moreee chapters. So yeah.

It is plausible, but in the end of the day, it's still a theory. The author makes the plot so I can't wait to find out all these mysteries. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
I feel like he didn't actually got transmigrated in a novel, what if he's actually in real world and him thinking got transmigrated is a delusion? But if that was the case, where did he read a "novel" that made him think he was in a novel. I think this novel might connect to the delusion he's suffering from.
