An Asian countries like South Korea it's actually not very common for children to be in seats like that a lot of the time they're in their parents lap it's become more enforced within the recent years for them to have car seats but they aren't mandatory in most areas!
I guess dreams aren’t exactly the exact replica of reality. You’ve never dreamed of a real life moment but things are a little off in your dream ? Like running but not going anywhere ? I think in the mind of the grandpa, he « sees » it like this.
Now why was baby mc not in a car seat during the accident??
