She could only find ghosts at the imperial palace because it’s full of them. The place where they are now doesn’t have ghosts so she doesn’t see them. Thats why her sister is able to wander off smoothly (which she cannot do at the palace)
i thought she can see ghosts but i haven't seen any ghosts since the season started....
