After reading just the first and last chapter here is my best guess: No one notices that the schools' slut akio was replaced by his brother after a fight. He tries to avoid getting his booty hole virginity stolen but that doesn't last long because this is a yaoi. Rip booty hole virginity. Akio is relieved because his booty hole needed a rest and so he actually got in the fight originally on purpose to avoid having to have sex for a while. Unfortunately his vacation from sex is ruined because... oh no! he's pissed off his guardian angel by forcing his brother to take his place. The guardian angel curses him to feel everything the brother feels when the brother is having sex. Akio does what he's best at and decides to seduce the angel to try to make him not be connected to his brothers butthole. But after the angel denies his advances akio falls in love with him because no one has ever not fallen for his seduction. He also during this time starts enjoying being connected to his brother's bootyhole. The angel uses his angel powers and finds out akio is actually feeling love for him and he becomes a human and they fuck happily ever after except akio still is cursed to be connected to his brother's bootyhole. As for the brother no one notices he has switched places with akio until akios best friend notices they switched. the best friend decides to fuck him all the time in order to save him from the other students who are trying to fuck him. The brother is so thankful he falls in love with the best friend and they fuck happily ever after.
