No, you're right. I feel like a lot of stories(I haven't read this one yet) take bdsm to the extreme. And not a good extreme, but a toxic extreme. Most people into or interested in bdsm understand BOUNDARIES, which is something I don't see a lot of in manga or manhwa. A good dom would never just assume something was okay, UNLESS it was discussed with their sub prior to their scene/play, or if it's a lifestyle choice--think free use, master/slave, owner/pet, some people revolve their life around bdsm, which is cool for them, but they still have agreements and boundaries for what IS and ISN'T okay. It's why we have set dynamics(which can change) and always communicate. Communication is key.
I think the problem with content portraying bdsm dynamics/relationships(movies, books, comic, manga etc.) Is the fact that--and I'm generalizing here-- people actually do think that's how bdsm is when it's really not. Things like this just romanticize or fetishize toxic relationships, and say "Oh, it's just kinky" or "That's just how bdsm is" when literally, it's not like that at all. ;-;

Yeh I have noticed alot of bdsm that alot it is just fetishism like if you get what I am saying.Also I felt like that dom kinda blackmailed which is why the sub did it.I mean I don't think she is great person either and what she did was not acceptable.Ngl I thoight the dom was gonna have some redeemable stuff like I like how she cleaned up after but why was it only showed Once.But other than that I didn't see any aftercare.Also is it normal to burn someone else whilst doing bdsm.Do truly people want a mark whilst doing it?

i love the yandere trope too tbh. my favorite yuri yandere so far has been this webtoon called "i love amy" and it's prolly one of the best out there to this day. idk why other yuri authors are so obsessed with putting out such horrid representation of tropes that could have way better storytelling potential. stories like this put a bad name on the lesbian community, bdsm, and the yuri genre itself. i'm so fed up with the toxic misrepresentation that queer people almost always receive when it comes to stories with sexual content like this, like they're just fetishizing us. i agree with the dom's actions being very questionable, idk what the author's intentions were for them to make the dom to act so much like a sexual offender but i'm pretty sure that bdsm can definitely be way more consensual, fun, and safe for both partners than what was portrayed in this webtoon. there are other gl webtoons and comics that have shown better examples of how bdsm should be. i don't really watch a lot of bdsm content but judging by its principles, scorching the skin is probably one of its features since masochists may find it pleasurable, but apparently there must always be safe words and consent should also still be present at all times. and just like what the commentor above said, communication and boundaries are always important in any dynamics or relationships. i hope that the author of this story will realize that too someday ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

One questions who writes yuri actually.I usually read yaoi and mostly written by women and yet again most of the time it is to fetishism(which is so freaking annoying).I am not really surprised if people think like I mean look at this I just hope people have more moral conscienceness with that they are writing such as rape(like I can't stress enough some stories add rape for what reason?)Also the fact that some shitty stories such lilac(I think that was the name) was popular when the bdsm was so extreme and unrealistic. It so sad that not that well known yaoi/yuri don't get the same attention as the shitty ones

that is so true. i think that yuri is still written by women, but i'm not really sure if majority of it is by women... because i do wonder if it's really the lesbian women who write these types of yuri or if it is men, as it may be more authentic if lesbians or bisexuals or queers who love women would write them. but honestly not every lesbian woman lives with a positive mindset so sometimes it may be possible that the person who wrote some horribly toxic, SA themed yuri story could also be, unfortunately, a lesbian woman. there may be times that a man may not fully understand the lesbian experience, but has researched properly and has respect for the culture to the point of writing yuri in such a compelling manner that it would turn out to be an amazing read. nevertheless, i also wish that the more positive and healthy yuris and yaois (and whatever themes or sub genres they may have) would gain more traction and appreciation so that there would be better representation for the queers out there... and i agree, i also truly, truly hope that authors who write stories like this would understand just how negative these types of stories impact not only their readers' mental health but also their own as they promote this kind of toxicity through one of the most personal mediums of art like storytelling.
Ngl the art is nice and the dom is fire like the way she looks.But the way she acts ugh like I understand bdsm but why there no safe code and idk I just don't think the bdsm is that extreme.Actually I don't really read much bdsm it's just not my cup of tea
