There’s a level of respect and trust between them that you don’t see in other manhams. As good as most of them are. This manwha truly demonstrates a partnership. Everything he knows the majority of the time she knows. It’s not a one-sided “I’ll protect her and not tell her anything” trope. A huge detail I love is that. She’s as pretty as a rose but as sharp as its thorns. I see that people don’t really like strong female tropes because they like a more timid. I want to be saved by a handsome guy, female lead. I find them to be absolutely annoying, and they’re setting us back 1,000 years. I’m semi-serious. I think this is the perfect balance of soft but also dangerous. To be fair, that’s how a siren is supposed to be. I’d like to add that I love the little specs of her trauma is appeared even further into the story. She’s not magically over the trauma of her previous life. Lastly, the art style is amazing! She looks like an absolute villain ngl. She’d definitely be a villain in another story. Innocent but so dangerous. Reading the comments, I’ve seen that people are disturbed, but I think the eyes especially give off a siren, eerie vibe.
