The way I relate to ML for that reason because he and I are quite the same, my bf died and basically yeah like that. I couldn't live properly without him and it was like the worst feeling ever but if it makes you feel any better, He can move on! Life gets better. I mean it did for him because he literally got reincarnated and like he's so happy now but in his own way, he can live more without him. There are always happy endings to these kind of stories. I found a way to live without my bf and live on.
I'm not sure if he still goes, but he DID go to therapy after MC died the first time and had medicine and everything. He KNOWS he needs help and actually did get it in time. I also think it goes both ways; both of them are dependent on one another, so it is balanced, imo?
Honestly ml need to take therapy atp. He's way too dependent on mc. The fact mc reborn probably make his condition worse tbh, he's not gonna take it well once mc died one day but well then again it is a fictional story. But ik some people are very dependent on their partner to the point they can't live alone and then commit suicide so it's just sad
