Im guessing there is a chance they might change the ending a lil bit. There might be parts too that have been already changed from the beginning. (●'◡'●)ﾉ

As you can see, it's all very minor stuff and all of the major plot points have been included from the novel. I doubt the people working on the adaptation have the author's blessing to change the way the relationship develops, much less the ending.

I was hoping for an ending that would surprise the novel readers or sumth ヽ(´∀｀ヽ)
It would be interesting if the author doesn't follow the storyline in the novel. I found out there was no character development at all. Full on assault as the story progress. Although we later on learn the ML's motive and backstory, nothing interesting happens by the end of the novel.
If the author goes for a similar route like the warehouse, that would be fine too. Or they can go for a sadder route like Killing and Stalking
