I don’t get it.

I didn’t like the MC, I think he has a shitty personality, like a third-rate cannon fodder character. So I stopped at ch16 but I also wanted to see how this ends so I skipped to ch 82, where MC’s manager gets stabbed by a sasaeng fan. Then MC blames the app, blames himself a bit, but mostly just think it’s everybody else’s fault. When he found out about the app’s origin, he ran away from ML and ignored him for days. I just don’t get this trash person. He was the one who wanted to use the app for his own benefit, ML didn’t know about his illness at all. The MC was the one who wanted to use the ML as the app told him to, and barged into the ML’s life by himself, the ML didn’t know anything about the app and MC’s motives in trying to get closer to him. Am I right? So now, why is the MC punishing the ML, and why does he think that their relationship was manipulated by the app? I don’t know who liked who first, but I definitely know the MC had ulterior motives in approaching the ML and their acquaintanceship was definitely not spontaneous but forced by MC. t’s not like the app held him down to be in a relationship with the ML. The ML was basically a victim thrice over, by his father, by the shitty app, and by MC. What right does the MC have to mope about their relationship?
