Wait do you guys think Jingi lets his hair grow to go against the fact that his uncle would always have his hair cut very short and bleached ? As a kid he had short hair, as a young adult when he was working for the uncle he had short hair (we can see it when MG had his trial with the coach), and maybe now that he's "free" he let them grow to oppose when he was under uncles control
