I think what it is that feels a lil unnerving about this piece of work is that...when the MC and the ML were still getting to know eachother they had their distinctive colors?? very dull and unsaturated. Felt very haunting and depressing you know? almost to invoke the emotions what the storyline was tryna convey.
But, i think the reason why there feels a lack of chemistry and not very convincing is cause the same color palettes are still in use. very dull and depressing. so it kinda makes u feel on edge about them even though they're dating.
it's that logic of how once you're in a happy relationship you look more lively, in this case Taemin does. there's a subtle difference but he looks happier, so is Mr. Wacko. but the palettes don't compliment it.
