I don't know how to put it... Don't get me wrong, I ship jayu and jahyeok. But, their development feels too rushed. Jayu's feelings toward jahyeok seems too sudden, i can't feel her sincere feelings.

For me, the flow of the story seems good. Maybe since there's a lot going on with a lot of characters, the development between Jahyeok and Jayu seems rushed because there really isn't like a keen slow moment where it's just like the two of them, where we can hear their internal thoughts and hearts thumping as they touch or anything like we're used to in romance (I read a lot of Isekai). It happens gradually, and most of the time, that special instance moves in quickly as a funny scene happens. For the most part, this story seems more like a slice-of-life to me. I like it honestly.

Also, for every chapter before, we can see how slowly they got more comfortable with each other. From admiration, to dependency and then their realization to their feelings for each other, the pace is there. Jayu's feelings were something she just realized out randomly because that's just how it is. She might have liked him before, just that she didn't know.

It took them almost 100 chapters to confess… How on earth is it too rushed?

The original commenter was just expressing their opinion. Feeling the story is rushed or not is for most part subjective.
