I'm actually thinking G might be one of 'them', which is why he is so determined to make them 'normal' again. He is disgusted with himself foe the change, and thus he is also disgusted with them.

Also theories, theories. I feel like maybe G is truly trying to "cure" them? He seems super uncomfy with the whole situation and thus resorting to medicinal means that ended up hurting M and K, treating them like they're just sick. While little A, while treating them like people, is also super fascinated with their animalistic side and i guess try to harmonize it?
I guess what I'm trying to say is, I dont think G is not a bad dude and lil A's a freak but he be suckin on cow titties like his first hour on the farm so yeah we know that haha
