It’s better to have allies than enemies, especially if those characters go on to become influential and powerful in their field. A lot MCs would try to makes allies through with any character they originally didn’t get along with in the beginning either due to misunderstanding or they originally sided with the antagonist/og protagonists. Same when they try to get along with the og protagonists if their the og villain or just a side character. For survive and avoiding bad endings, make more allies/friends.

Yeah I agree with that... but they didn't actually abuse her... She met CP in jail, he was locked in too... and at most the pope that didn't chose her as saintess because her powers was almost gone... honestly I don't 9like this adopted siblings to lovers trope... but I can overlook it...
What I don't get honestly is her lack of trust in the Duke... if she was honest about her hability and told the truth about that room a lot of things would get solved more easily. And how long it took her to notice there's something wrong with OGsaintess... even tho she knew the novel couldn't be trusted. Also... her mentality as times doesn't really seems like that of an adult regressor... I get that vibe more from Edwin instead...
All the male leads candidates literally abused her in her past except for our main male lead. I don't see the point of saving them even now as kids they are using her. Idk I liked her more as jealous girl rather than now. She is just collecting them and helping them ugh she reminds me of tha fml from abandoned empress
