I think you just turn off the “subscribe this manga” when click already read
Idk if you know, but the story is actually still continuing that's why the updates are there. It's not just getting re-uploaded with the 'mature' version from King's Maker.

you can read the entire story with the afterwards of course, as I did by searching the author other works, there's a post for the after story only. I already read it all.
