This is the most heartwrenching manhwa I've read in awhile. I feel so sad for the mc, yet so proud of her character development. I feel like why I love this story so much is that I am just like her. I've lived a priviledged life, in my head it's always been this way. When I saw suffering in life I thought to myself "my condolences" but it stems out of pity not empathy. I chose to do nothing because "life is just like that for some people" and chose to remain ignorant.

I now know as an adult other people's suffering and try to help the best I can. I donate to charity every now and then, and have volunteered in the past.

Just like her, I am trying in my own way to atone for choosing to be ignorant. (Obviously it's in a less toned down version than her but still)
