I think maybe you know how the ml is obsessed with mc scent from the start, that’s what help him sleep and everything,, maybe it’s due to that brown bottle the mc is taking ? It’s like a medication so maybe herbal medicinal ? Something like a plant, and that’s the smell that the Ml likes, and so that’s why he was sniffing the uniform, since ml has been having thoses rashes since alway, he’s alway been taking that medication, so maybe he kind of smell like that medicine, and that’s why the author is not being really explicit on what is that medicine ?
