I get what you mean to an extent, but the omega is a rather newly presented one, that's the whole point of the story. He navigates life as a new omega, thus being rather immature in his sexuality and how he expresses it. It's a nice change actually to see an omega who's keen on being intimate, who's loud and clear in his wishes, who's not timid, passive, etc. I don't think the alpha doesn't consent to sex ,but rather, he's afraid of what would happen if they have it.
I think ML just doesn't wanna hurt his omega but the consent is there. I mean this is an omegaverse where alphas and omegas are driven mad by pheromones and that is hard to control unlike us ordinary people in real life who can think rationally if we want to or not. MC knows his boyfriend better than anyone.

The only one who's weird here is you, you moron. The alpha in this story is still 100% a responsible adult. The omega is a kid with the maturity of an amoeba. I've had enough. This whole story is incredibly boring, the personalities are shallow, uke is annoying, a waste of time, I don't understand the positive reviews.
