hi saw this on my feed. i read this a while ago, but I remember the seme in the second couple being SA'd as a child while he was sleeping? and then I haven't actually read the first couple's story, but someone commented an analysis in which they mentioned how one of them SA'd the other in their sleep? is this true cuz then its weird as fuck, cuz how did the author depict one thing as being bad in one story but the same thing was brushed over in the first couple's story?
i stopped after i realised where the second couple was going, but from foreshadowing im 99% sure the seme was SA somewhere during his childhood by an adult man, this trauma then carried onto his adult life and when the uke kissed the seme was when the seme was asleep the seme got upset (rightfully so) and has hated the uke ever since. yet the author says through one of the characters that “it was 6 years ago and it was just a kiss” yet in the same exact chapter the uke says “i can’t just forget abt SA him because he looked so scared” like what?? this author is so hypocritical and gross, the fact they wanna paint one SA as a silly little crush yet the other as something abhorrent. you can’t pick and choose. SA is SA. it’s bad no matter what.

I rlly enjoyed the first couple, so cute, and the relationship was rlly nice too, so i had high hopes for the second couple, especially considering that the seme was just my type, but their story just really upset me. the uke SAs the seme TWICE and it’s just glossed over even though it’s the whole reason for the tension in their relationship. it’s the whole reason the seme hates the uke, yet the author just made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal? (even though im pretty sure the seme’s backstory was that he was SA as a child too, not 100% sure as i just couldn’t stomach finishing it.) the way everyone in the comments of the site i was on was on the uke’s side too was really disheartening and it feels like they didn’t even engage with the story to the extent they said they did. im just so disappointed. im also upset the second couple even ended up together because while i LIVE for a redemption arc, the fact they made the guy who got SA’ed chase after his SAer was so upsetting to me. idk who else feels this way and idk if im just being overdramatic but I couldn’t finish this story because of that. so to anyone that shares the same sentiments as me, don’t read this, i was so disappointed:(
