ive sent them 20 emails before they rly don't gaf lmao. tho i'm assuming it depends on ur issue. i've heard that u have to email them at least 4-5 times before u get a response so its worth a shot.
That's a shame because the issue is with the site to begin with. It's basically a loophole. I won't bother then.
