If am not wrong I think just like the powers the awakened got, the omegaverse thingy came from the stone? Not sure
The secondary gender was an effect of the stone. It only happens in the Awakened.
I just think in terms of worldbuiling the omegaverse thing is kinda random, is there any explanation on why it suddenly surfaced? Don't get me wrong I love some good omegaverse and I don't really mind the addition but I think it would've been better if omegaverse already existed in the first place
