HMM interesting perspective! i think "deceitful" was the wrong word. it feels more like he's testing teach instead, like he's pushing people to the brink of desperation just to see if they would call him out (ie killing the vet's wife and child only for the vet to just follow him back to the town). when teach did, guwon hugged him but it didn't seem to be out of relief, but satisfaction instead, and it's echoed when he's in the bathroom later on. i do think he has an extremely complex personality, but only showing one side of it to teach, thus the facade. i guess only time will tell i'm scared AHALHSDLK

A lot of ppl probably forgot that Guwon saved teach Only because he was useful to Guwon's image of what he is building/protecting. Maybe to build a new human society by 'collecting' people needed for that, who knows. I feel like there is no morality attached to that for him. It seems more like a mission. I actually think it's possible he genuinely doesn't know right from wrong because he never learned about them. In his current form at least. Who knows if he has only memory loss or if he kinda just came to be at some point during the start of the outbreak. Or was created or send from somewhere. So many questions and possibilities!
fuck. i think i finally have to admit to myself that guwon's initial personality really was a facade
BUT HE LOOKS SOOO GOOD IN THIS CHAPTER I THINK THEY SHOULD SMASH A BOTTLE OVER HIS HEAD A BIT MORE DAMMMNNN
