Well, they are planning to get divorce in 3 years, and having children is really not in the deal. The real deal between them is: for Khalid, to get his sister's trust back because she was being brainwashed by the other proposition that Khalid will take the throne away from her. Khalid is strong, and if it wasnt for him, she wouldnt have the throne afterall. But if he were to marry Renato and live in Renato's country, then all those rumours will vanish.

It can’t, hence why the “mom” kept snapping about it. To society there’s zero reason for this union except for the true love they’re “pretending” to feel (except they’re actually really falling for each other)
This says mpreg and from comments it seems the mc is the result of mpreg but i wonder if he (mc) can get pregnant? It says he's a beta but why would the alpha marry him if he can't give him children?
