I don't think this can be applied here as they are beastmen. They explained why they have kids early.
It can tho because beastmen or not they’re still too young mentally. Still applies and is still too young.
ML and FL are both waaaaaaaay too young and inexperienced to get married and have a kid this fast. I hate that they rushed the relationship and marriage and having a kid before they even finish college. Becoming a mother is so taxing so she will be stuck having no other identity than being a wife and mother. Plus she was basically forced into the marriage and accepting his feelings. There was no chemistry either. The story was way too short too. Dropping this.
