For me, it's a yes. I need some fresh air, to be honest. Their situation is too heavy, maybe this new character will shed some new light (〜￣△￣)〜
But someone needs to come steal away Yeonjo, so he can be tortured some more by a Stranger-Villain, which will make him love the Familiar-Villain (Kwon Hee-ryang) all the more when he comes to save our boy. It will be like what happened in Viewfinder with Akihito getting kidnapped by Feilong and being saved by Asami, I bet.
I mean, I hope not, but I'm guessing. That, or Kwon Hee-ryang will get hurt and then Yeonjo will suddenly realize he can't live without him (good lord I hope not for this one, either.)
Or, BETTER YET -- new guy will take over, imprison or kill Kwon Hee-ryang, free Yeonjo, and then hopefully, Yeonjo can go live a happy, peaceful life somewhere.
Sadly, those are the only options. The first one reminds me of ''An Easy Target'' where the top lets the uke, intentionally, with his sadistic brother, so he can see that he was better off with him. But this one was worse, he even let the uke be gang rape while watching... All those bad memories are coming back ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
He looks and sounds like an abuser too so there will just be more rape, blood and death. Everything we already have. This is nothing new. Just the old drama but in silver blond
Option 4: Yeonjo burns anything and anyone down and lives a happy life in the mounts
