I am actually assuming that he might have been on the run from jin considering how he said he "left his collection behind" plus alex making a deal with him reads like an allyship "you give me jins secrets and I give you protection" kinda thing. Idk if it will ever be explained more but that's how i see it
Oh yea thats definitely what i think too. But hes been on the run for a full year now without alex"s protection and hes still there.
If it had been a month i wouldnt be as pissed, but a whole year...bruh
So.... 1 year had passed and Jin still hadnt killed or captured Peter, aka someone who harassed, tortured, gangraped Viktor, let Viktor escape and on top of that Peter is someone who has a lot of information that could hurt Jin.
Im understanding less and less why Jin is depected as this powerful and fearsome leader when he has nobody on his side and cant do anything right.
