Well in the past chapters the ex is unsatisfied that MC has no ambitions in life and likes to take things slow and without too much effort which fall short to her standards as a workaholic but it turns out he does have ambitions to become an artist. It's just that he seems to be like Van Gogh, unable to appreciate his own art unless others see it's beauty. So if the ex had been supportive and instead of treating mc as a lazy man mc would have his wish fulfilled. She restrained him to her own standards and the reason why they broke up.

I agree, she's one of those self-righteous, forcing her morals on others, I can fix them even if there's nothing actually seriously wrong with them types.... I hate selfish hypocrites like her.(￣∇￣") I hope that if there is romance in the future eps the FL is not her. TBH I also don't like the "Fiancée" either...she a bit similar to the ex.
Though thankfully I saw in some spoilers that they wouldn't be able to recognize each other. The ex thinks the MC is still the real Deculein and mc thinking the ex as just a child. It don't know for the further chaps though
