I mean he is acting really different from "normal" people soo maybe he had a past where no one ever taught him stuff or something simmiliar. I also think he might not be kinda human?? Or maybe he was experimented on? Idk but something is definitly going on

I was thinking the same, cause what is he was a child that they experimented on and he just barely got out of the lab so that's why he doesn't know right from wrong?? It could just be the influence others had on him which is causing him to act as such (⊙…⊙ )
